Tour Down Under
The Santos Tour Down Under kicks off the cycling year in exhilarating style and brings the top UCI WorldTour professional cycling teams to race on the streets of Adelaide and regional South Australia.
This year the race runs from Sunday 15 to Sunday 22 January.
During its eleven year history, the Tour Down Under has attracted Tour de France winners Lance Armstrong, Oscar Pereiro, Alberto Contador and Carlos Sastre to race alongside Aussie legends like Stuart O’Grady, Robbie McEwen, Cadel Evans and Allan Davis.
The Santos Tour Down Under is a festival of cycling, with a range of associated events and festivals that create a massive party atmosphere in Adelaide and across South Australia, as the race travels around several regions, showcasing our state to visitors and to the world through global television coverage.
