Capture the CoverThis year Yellow Pages© is introducing new metropolitan phone books for Adelaide (and other capital cities) which will also serve as local business directories. To add to the local flavour of your phone book, Yellow Pages® wants people from the community in Adelaide (and from communities around Australia) to submit photographs to feature on the cover as part of their Capture the Cover competition.

Photos of Adelaide Copyright Mark Gamtcheff 2012With the photographic theme of “‘Through the Eyes of a Local” in mind, Adelaide residents are invited to submit original photographs from their area that best depict life in their community. Your entries will showcase the best of Adelaide, whether that’s an iconic building, your favourite coffee shop, a secluded natural spot you love to relax in, or a seasonal experience that’s unique to our city.

Entering the competition is easy! Simply upload your best Adelaide photo to the Yellow Pages® Capture the Cover website, and fill out a form that specifies where your photograph was taken and where you live. You can enter as many times as you like, just remember to adhere to the Terms & Conditions!

Besides seeing your photo on a Yellow Pages® Book, for each of the 36 regions nationally you could win…

• 1 major prize: your choice of a Canon EOS 1100 DSLR or an iPad
• 9 runner-up prizes: $50 cash cards

Yellow Pages© will be showcasing inspirational entries on social media including @yellowpages_au and @yellow_offers on Twitter, the Yellow Pages and Yellow Pages Offers Facebook Pages and at pinterest.com/yellowpagesaus on Pinterest.

When you take that perfect Adelaide shot, you might also like to tweet it with the #capturethecover hashtag (and #Adelaide too) and tell your friends about capturethecover.com.

Have fun and remember the competition ends on Friday 24th August. We look forward to seeing your tweets and photos!
